Excellent amenities, magnificent setting.

Rooms with a very stylish decor. Location really close to Padua on the first night of a Dolomites trip and the open cafes.

i will be back for a weekend. this hotel is wonderful and fairly clean with amazing location in regard to walking distance to sights and nice staff. my must haves' are a brand-new, pleasantly decorated room with a nice view and a good coffee machine plus a double balcony. food options are fabulous.

The location was magnificent and perfect yet it was a few steps away from downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. We ordered lunch at Sant'agnese, located few metres away from the venue.

The hotel itself was wonderful and fairly clean and the staff were nice, it had incredible location in downstairs cafe.

A work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and television with satellite channels available in the guest room.

Everything here was excellent, and the weather was wonderful, enjoyed it. All the staff was affable, settled my issues. The location not too far from city centre was magnificent and amazing.

The room was reasonably spacious, provided us with a comfortable bed, a nice view, for instance, it was an excellent stay all in all. The staff were really kind and kind during our whole stay.

Perfect location, it was near to Padua on the first night of a Dolomites trip after arriving in Venice airport, good bars and restaurants and many attractions and restaurants.

The location was magnificent and perfect and easy to travel to a tower and a chapel next to the hotel. It was situated next to restaurants and bars...

The guest room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was reasonably spacious with balcony view to piazza. The hotel has marvellous and brilliant location short walk to the historic old town, and the square.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

Great location, friendly and helpful managers, nice rooms with decent size bathroom, excellent location close to authentic food and culture, comfortable rooms with working A/C.

Everything is what i need and want.

Room was comfortable; bathroom very modern. Great location - quiet, even though it's on one of the main piazzas. Manager doesn't speak a lot of English, but very helpful. This is more like a B&B rather than a hotel. No real services available, other than through the manager.

There is no elevator; I was on the third floor, so it was 61 steps up to my room!

No-one there on arrival, although we arrived in designated hours and we were asked our arrival time by email. Beware - not a hotel. Lucky I had mobile phone to get doorcode. Also that we were on first floor for hauling bags.

Centrally located in a beautiful square. Friendly host carried our bags upstairs. Clean and comfortable room with good aircon. Easy check-in with codes. Nice and clean old-style room. Excellent quality for the price. Spacious and comfortable room.

This hotel is a small diamond in the center of town. The location couldn't be better, right in the center of town on a beautiful square, in the historical center. It's perfect for exploring all the main sights of the city. The rooms have a stylish design and are equipped with superb kingsize beds, some even have balconies with a view of the lively Piazza. The attention to detail is outstanding, from the basic amenities to the old sweets included with breakfast.

All aspects of this hotel were perfect, nothing to improve.
